Allgemein

On which devices can I use TeamRegie?

TeamRegie is available as an app on iOS and Android, as well as directly in your browser at https://app.teamregie.de. One account, the same data everywhere – you can even use it on a PC without installing anything.

Do I need a password?

No. You can sign in without a password: using an email code, a Magic Link, or your Google or Apple account. So there’s no password to forget or have stolen.

Can parents manage their children's appointments?

Yes. A single login can be linked to multiple player profiles – parents can view their children’s schedules and accept or decline invitations directly. It is also possible to have multiple guardians per child.

Which sports does TeamRegie support?

TeamRegie is used for ice hockey, football, handball, floorball and volleyball, amongst other sports. Its core functions – fixtures, confirmations/cancellations, team line-ups and team funds – work across all sports.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on servers belonging to Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Each club is provided with its own, completely separate database. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available.

How do I get my club off the ground?

Register your club on teamregie.de, create teams and invite members via a link or email – it only takes a few minutes to set up. Alternatively, you can try out a no-obligation demo first.

Erste Schritte

How do I sign in?

TeamRegie is passwordless: enter your email and you receive either a 6-digit code or a magic link. Alternatively you can sign in with Google or Apple.

How do I switch between clubs or profiles?

Tap the club logo (top left) or your profile picture (top right). The selector lets you switch between linked clubs and – if set up – between several profiles per login (e.g. parent + child).

How do I edit my profile or photo?

Profile menu (top right) > Profile. Tap the avatar to upload a new picture. Name, email, birthday, phone and address can be edited in the fields below.

How do I link Google or Apple to my account?

Profile > Login methods. You can add or remove Google and Apple here. Once linked you can sign in instantly without a code.

Team & Mitglieder

How do I create a team?

Profile menu > Club administration > Teams > +. Only club admins can create teams.

How do I invite members?

Open the team > +. Choose "Add existing member" (from the club) or "Create new member". When creating, add an email address and the new member receives an invitation.

How do I change a member's role?

Team > tap on the member > Change role. Available roles are configured by the club admin in Club administration.

How do I remove a member from a team?

Team > tap on the member > Remove from team. The member stays in the club and can be re-added later.

How do I change the team icon?

Team > Settings > Team icon. Upload a custom image there.

What do the roles mean?

Roles control who can see and do what – at club and team level. The club admin defines the available roles and their permissions. You can review them under Profile menu > Roles.

Termine & Training

How do I create an event?

Tap + on the home screen. Pick training, game or generic event. You can invite multiple teams at once and set meeting point, location and description.

How do I accept or decline?

Open the event and choose one of three statuses: Accept, Maybe or Decline. You can optionally add a reason.

How do I create a recurring event?

Enable "Repeat" when creating the event. Choose weekly, every two weeks, monthly or a custom pattern, plus an end date.

How do I create a lineup?

Open the game > Lineup. Drag players onto the field. Templates can be saved and reused for other games.

How do I create a training plan?

Open the training session > Training plan > +. Pick drills from the library or create your own. Duration and order can be reordered freely.

How do I create my own drills?

Profile menu > Drill library > +. Sketch the field, add description, equipment and tags. Your drills are then available in every training plan.

How do I create a poll?

Tap + on the home screen > Poll. Set the question and answer options, pick the recipients. Members vote directly in the app and you see the result live.

Absences

How do I record an absence?

Profile menu > Absences > +. Pick a type (vacation, sick, work conflict etc.) and a date range. Events in that range are automatically set to "Decline" with the reason.

Who can see my absences?

Coaches and club admins see the date range and the type. Other members only see that you declined an event – not the reason.

Nachrichten & Push

How do I send a message?

Profile menu > Messages > pen icon. You can send to a single person, a team, a role or the whole club.

How do I change push notifications?

Profile > Push notifications. You can enable or mute categories individually (new events, changes, messages, reminders, …).

Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Check three places: 1) System settings (iOS/Android) – TeamRegie must be allowed to send notifications, 2) Profile > Devices – is your current device registered?, 3) Profile > Push notifications – is the category enabled?

Statistiken

Where can I see attendance statistics?

Team > Statistics. Attendance per member, filtered by event type and time range, with direct comparison to the team average.

What are performance tests?

Tests defined by coaches – e.g. sprint, push-ups or shot speed. Results are tracked per member over time and visible under Profile > My performance.

Kassen & Finanzen

What is "My claims"?

Profile menu > My claims. Overview of all open and paid amounts: event treasury, member dues and penalties – including running balance.

How does the event treasury work?

Inside the event > Event treasury. Coaches enter total cost and shares per role (e.g. player vs. coach). Payments can be marked directly on the event.

How does the club treasury work?

Club administration > Treasury. Multiple accounts in parallel, member dues, manual bookings and claims are managed centrally. Members see their personal share under "My claims".

How does the penalty catalog work?

Team > Penalties. Coaches maintain a catalog with fixed amounts (e.g. late, forgotten jersey) and record incidents directly on the event or on the member profile. Amounts flow into the assigned treasury.

Where can I see treasury changes?

Treasury > History. All bookings, account and claim changes are logged with person, timestamp and old/new value.

Vehicles

How do I reserve a club vehicle?

Profile menu > Vehicles. Pick a date or open the calendar view, then tap +. Choose the vehicle, date range and purpose – done. Your own reservations can be edited or cancelled later.

Who can add or manage vehicles?

Club admins or members with the "Manage vehicles" permission. Management (adding vehicles, key handovers, history) lives in club settings or the top-right menu on the Vehicles page.

Where do I find the club settings?

Profile menu > Club administration. Club admins can manage logo, club details, teams, roles, treasury and the audit log.

How do I manage roles and permissions?

Club administration > Roles. Edit default roles or create custom ones, with fine-grained permissions per area (events, lineup, treasury, statistics, …).

Where can I see who changed what?

Club administration > Audit log. Filterable by time range and category. Changes to members, roles, teams, events and treasury are logged with person and timestamp.

App & Konto

How do I enable dark mode?

Profile > App theme. Light, Dark or System default.

How do I change the app language?

Profile > Language. The app language can be set independently of the device language.

How do I export my calendar?

Profile menu > Calendar > download icon. You receive an iCal link that you can subscribe to in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

How do I export my data (GDPR)?

Profile > Privacy > "Export my data". You receive a JSON file containing all data stored about you.

How do I delete my account?

Profile > Privacy > Delete account. Deletion happens after a 30-day grace period – you can still cancel during that time.
